"Settings" tab: i18n domain/id mandatiory?

Hi,

 just a small issue:

 when visiting the "Settings" tab of a Formulator form I found there are
two new fields for "i18n domain" and "i18n id", initially empty.

 However when trying to save the Settings form, Formulator reminds me to
insert some values there, as these fields are mandatory.

 Well, are they really? I do not think they are.

 If they are, shouldn't they be set already when adding a new Formulator
form, i.e. required by the add form?
