Keep references on copy

Hanno suggested that I raise the issue on this list, so here I am.
I my application I need to keep references when copying an object, so 
I've been using for a while a patch that adds a new property 
'keepReferencesOnCopy' to ReferenceField. If the property set to True 
will have the reference maintained in the copy.
