In my application I want users to select among all objects of a specific type (and then allow to search), but since the reference browser filters out an empty search text it shows nothing in the initial popup. I've patched the popup to allow an empty query if allow_browse is false. I don't know it it's the best condition, but I suppose that if allow_browse is true something is displayed anyway in an initial directory. The patch is at http://dev.plone.org/plone/ticket/5181 Bye -- Luca Olivetti Wetron Automatización S.A. http://www.wetron.es/ Tel. +34 93 5883004 Fax +34 93 5883007 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
