With Zope 2.9/3.2 they had some sort of local adapter stuff but no one
really knew of any of it worked.  With Zope 3.3 Jim and Philip ensured
that all component infrastructure had local registration
capabilities ... not sure how exposed this is in Zope 2.10 though, I
know the local utility stuff is very hacky.  But we *should* work as
though local adapters and utilities are within our grasp :)
