if you just want it on the logo, you can do that yourself the logo has 
it's own tempalte which doesn't use any important variables so there 
won't be any migration pain.

it just adds too much junk if we add this everywhere we'd want it 
(portlet headings, *every* tab), and we try to use the same techniques 
everywhere so it doesn't get too confusing and mixed. consistency is 
important for us.

and it's better for the future -> generated content. we'll look at that 
and opera soon (because it's the only browser that supports it right 
now), for 2.1 to be more exact, so opera shows generated content, and 
ie6 and moz use lir (http://www.kryogenix.org/code/browser/lir/). not 
sure if it's possible, but it's an idea.
