Re: communication about updates to hotfixes

I was planning on making more announcements once the dust settled a bit
more.

If we didn't get any reports of issues with the recent updates, then I was
going to do the announcements.

Also, if no one was noticing issues with the hotfix, they can just ignore
the update.
