showing roles get from groups on sharing page

Hi,

Now, when i have, for example :

a 'contributors' group that 'can edit' and 'can view' on a folder
a user that have also 'can review'

IMHO, we should have an icon on 'can edit' and 'can view' cell for this
user - for example: the group.png icon -, because this looks like this user
doesn't have those roles. users are often afraid there is a bug and that
this user do not have actually the good permissions (there, they often
manually add the permissions the user already have through group)

that does not mean that we have to display all users that have roles
through groups on sharing page, but for the ones that have at least one
'manual' local role, we should not see empty checkboxes for the roles they
actually have.
