Re: p.a.dexterity all content folderish

FWIW, it seems like versioning isn't a problem. I did a quick test with
folderish types and the contents are not affected during versioning
operations.

If we can ever get a decent layout editor, with tiles, I think most of the
problems go away. No need for folderpagecollection, default pages, etc.
