there is a lot of work that need to be done in javascript. i would suggest wait
until beta (or late alpha release) otherwise you won't get really final version
of the UI.

toolbar in current plone 5 theme (barceloneta) is not final version. i'm
currently working on this to make it work with modes from above with touch
support for mobile devices.

i'm glad everybody is so conserned about icons :) because if thats the only
thing we missed i'm going to be sooo happy :P

and if somebody want to get into javascript development please contact me,
there are so many things to do i'm not even going to mention when plone 5 is
going to be ready if we dont step up the game. seriusly if you consider
yourself a web developer in 2014 and you don't know how to _properly_ code in
javascript then ... well fill the blank yourself :)
