+100 for usability testing, now after the foundations for the new UI are 
set (which I personally like, but it does not matter here).

Also: What about accessibilty - Plone advertises with 501 compliance?

As its best tests are telling us everythings perfect, otherwise we can 
change parts.

I know we technical people dont care a lot about this field, but Plone 
always was known for its good UX and should keep that. Its part of the 
Plone culture. Leaded by Alex Limi the Plone Community did a good job 
here in past, i.e. there have been also interactive sessions with blind 
people at sprints and so on. At the moment theres not that much UI/UX 
lead anymore as far as I can see and sprint are getting more technical.
