David Glick started this issue ticket on CMFPlone to track the missing
parts of Plone 5:

This should give you a good starting point on where Plone 5 needs some
help.

And the follwing is the Framework Teams internal organization document.
While only FWT members have rights to edit it, everyone can view it:
