Disruptive Maintenance on Rackspace Cloud Servers in IAD DC on 6/30

Dear Rackspace Customer,



Rackspace will perform a mandatory maintenance on a portion of the
networking infrastructure of your Next Gen Cloud Servers in the IAD
data center.  This maintenance will optimize resource utilization and
increase performance on Next Gen Cloud Servers.  Please note the
following date and time of the maintenance:

Monday, June 30th, 2014, 10:00PM – 4:00AM CST (11:00PM – 5:00AM in IAD)

Although the maintenance is 6 hours, your servers will only be
impacted during the timeframe indicated below:
c5577b68-7bcf-46a4-bb39-b33026d7642f: Monday, June 30th, 11:00PM -
1:00 AM CDT (Tuesday, July 1st, 12:00 AM - 2:00 AM IAD)

During this timeframe, your Next Gen Cloud Servers network
connectivity will be interrupted two times for a period lasting up to
60 seconds.  This networking interruption will affect all Next Gen
Cloud Servers within this region.  This includes connectivity from
Cloud Servers to Cloud Files, Cloud Load Balancers, Cloud Networking,
Cloud Block Storage and RackConnect services, as well as private
server-to-server connectivity.  This maintenance event does not
require any action from you.

We always strive to have upgrades with no associated downtime;
however, some maintenances require small delays in network traffic
while the process completes.  We only perform these types of
maintenances after extensive testing and planning to ensure minimal
impact.  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

during and after the maintenance at http://status.rackspace.com.
