Time to close down the mailinglist

Hi all,

With community.plone.org working as well as it does, it is probably time to
close down this mailing list.

Setting up discourse to almost work like a mailing list:

Unless there is a overwhelming negative response from current core
contributors we will close down this list by the end of the year.
