Doc team editors are the people who will review/merge/publish docs. Please review our process here: http://plone.org/documentation/how-to/plone-org-documentation-editors-roles-and-responsibilities I will see that someone review this. In the future, all requests to have a doc reviewed and published need to come to the plone-docs list. Thanks.
