author can't delete comments on plone.org documentation

Recently i was notified of a comment on a how-to i wrote. It requested me to make the necessary alterations, and then remove the comment. The full text will be familiar to you, but i include it below. However, at present it's not possible for me to moderate comments on the item. I've made a feature request at the plone.org website issue tracker (https://dev.plone.org/plone.org/ticket/1370). I really think authors should be able to toss away comments after processing, but in the meantime, maybe it would be a good idea to find another way to get them removed. It would make how-to's look less like mailing lists. Starting with mine: I would be grateful if someone were kind enough to remove the comments on the item linked below.
