Doc team meeting will be held on Friday Dec 11th at 17:00 UTC. We will meet on IRC in #plone-docs. Anyone and everyone interested in documentation on plone.org is encouraged to attend. If you are unable to attend, please post your thoughts to the doc list ahead of time. While we want to hear everyone's thoughts, we will be strict about keeping this meeting to one hour long. Please attend and participate but do keep in mind we will be efficient in moving through our agenda. This meeting is mandatory for doc team editors. Specific agenda will follow once a report out has been received. Veda, please send to list no later than end of day Monday. This way everyone has time to review and comment, especially those who cannot attend. In general we will talk about: * What has been done * What is left to do * Assign volunteers to tasks * Schedule remaining work * Discuss any other decisions that need to be made In the mean time, if anyone notices any issues with plone.org/documentation please create a ticket in trac and make sure the Documentation component is selected.
