Two important bugs on plone.org following PHC upgrade

Hi folks,

I noticed these two today:

  - navigation has gone missing from tutorial and reference manual pages

http://dev.plone.org/plone.org/ticket/1695

  - redirect broken for the buildout tutorial

http://dev.plone.org/plone.org/ticket/1696

The last one worries me in particular, because so many things link to 
that URL (plone.org/documentation/tutorial/buildout).
