I think a re-factor for PSC/PHC has generally been decided against. Last year some time
I joked about re-writing PSC w/Dexterity types and people said "Yeah!" Then they said
"No! I was kidding, that is insane." Or something to that effect.

In other words, a refactor would be great, but it's probably too much work.

So, GO GO GO on the bug fixes! 

FWIW, David Glick mentioned the idea of a plone.org sprint some time this month which
I think is a great idea because I need to get something on the calendar in order to
be able to devote serious time to it.
