Thanks for the info, I'll look into Epoz.  I'll also try adding roles 
for students, teachers, parents, administration, and board members.  If 
I get stuck, I may be posting back here looking for help.  I've never 
used Plone before and am having a hard time grasping the concepts of 
where you need to set certain things to make the customizations needed.
