Hi all,
My name is Paul Brinich and I work at North Carolina State University
in the Distance Education and Learning Technology Applications
department. We are planning on implementing a Plone-based web portal
primarily for distance education students. We are also planning on
standardizing our department-level websites the Plone CMF extensions.
We have written a few products that may be of interest to the group:

- kerberos-based authentication (custom user folder)
- Integration with Steltor's (now Oracles) corporate time calendaring
server (using c-based client libraries)
- Quota-folder integration with Plone
- WebMail integration with Plone (based on Webmail product from
Universite de Savoie, France (http://www.univ-savoie.fr)

In addition to some more specific modifications for integration with
systems on our campus. I would be very interested in seeing what other
people have been doing and getting together and talking with people
about projects. I have, as of late, been discovering how wonderful of
a product Silva from Infrae (http://www.infrae.com/) is and I would be
very interested in talking with people about the issues involved with
doing a Plone integration project. Thanks and I look forward to
discussing!

-Paul Brinich
