update plonedev-vagrant

Hi,

I am busy with updating the plonedev-vagrant installer to Plone 4.3.3
and also Ubuntu LTS 14.04 and I hit this error:

Since the Internet here at PLOG is really bad, I fear I am not able to
fix that before next week
