Re: update plonedev-vagrant

Hi Sven!

The key error is:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lz

libz-dev need explicit installation in 14.0.4. In 12.0.04 it got drawn in
by one of the other -dev modules.

If you don't get to it, no problem. I'll be able to get to it soon.
