Is there any way we can ship a stripped-down installer á la Ingeniweb's  
easyinstall/ZopeSkel Python with dependencies for Windows for 3.1 only?  
IMO, it would be better to get everyone on the same platform and approach,  
even if that means a non-GUI installer for for 3.1 — then try to complete  
GUI Win/Mac installers for 3.2 instead.

Having two separate approaches is a documentation and support nightmare. :(
