Note that this route is only recommended for resource-limited projects that
need to get up and running as quickly as possible. 

You would do this 
- after skinning and configuring your site (as your skin may hide some Plone
links, substitute templates, and restrict the content types in use). 
- as an end-user (to avoid logging messages that only managers will see). 

This will result in a partial translation, useful to get started quickly,
but not a full translation.
