This is hard to tell - Plone is a Open Source project, which is ready,
when it's ready. Development is mainly driven by concrete projects and
dedicated development sprints. We have formalized release, development
and QA processes and so on. But development time is steady but the
amount is uncertain.

Since we already have a beta, I'd expect Plone 5 final to be released
this year - that's just a guess without any guarantee, but I'd be
surprised if we don't make it so. For sure it's not in the next month or
two - after the beta there will be some RC releases.
