Redirect after rename at plone.org; and dealing with retired sites

Hi there

I wanted to rename
  http://plone.org/support/providers/delib-1
to
  http://plone.org/support/providers/delib
but find that that results in a 404 for delib-1, rather than a
redirect, as in current Plone.

Is plone.org running an earlier version?

I also noticed that
  http://plone.org/support/sites/janet-collaborate
has a dead website link. A quick Google turns up
  https://www.ja.net/products-services/janet-collaborate
on a Drupal site.

Could we possibly ask listed sites to serve some token, check for its
presence, and flag the site if the token goes missing?
The Delib site itself is Zope, but I couldn't tell at a glance if it's
still Plone:
  http://www.delib.net/
