Ad on the plone.org front page for the Cathedral Sprint

Hello board,

I would like to place an add for the upcoming Cathedral sprint in
Cologne next year on the plone.org front page.

I asked on the plone.org IRC channel and Alex Clark suggested that I
should ask the board about it. Since there is already an ad for the PLOG
2014 I was under the assumption that there might be a general policy for
sprint ads on the front page.

It would be great if someone could reply soon since the Sprint is in 6
weeks...
