Please publish "suspended" listing

Hi all

I fat-fingered this listing and suspended it instead of publishing it.
Apparently the author can't resubmit it now.

- Could some kind soul publish it?
- Could the workflow be tweaked to allow authors and/or reviewers to
resubmit "suspended" listings?
