SilvaNewsNetwork trunk

Greatings Silva Developers,

Now that SilvaNewsNetwork 2.6 for Silva 2.0 has been released, new development 
has been taking place on the SNN trunk to take advantage of some new features 
in Silva 2.1, including:
1) refactored edit screen infrastructure which reduces code duplication
2) ability for extensions to have multiple dependencies

The SNN trunk is no longer compatible with Silva 2.0.

I've created a branch of SNN for Silva 2.0, so if you are doing any testing, 
debugging, etc, of SNN for Silva 2.0, be sure to use this branch:
