Fix for MacOSC Firefox 3.6 editing problem

Hi,
This mail follows an update sent to silva-general, providing a more in- 
depth explanation for developers.

After investigating the sarissa problem we made the decision to only  
work within the Kupu branch for Silva. Because Kupu uses a released  
version of sarissa (as it should), we moved the sarissa.js lib out of  
Kupu into the Silva product and applied the patch there. This was done  
in 2.1 and 2.2 / trunk.

If you're using an older Silva which we're not actively supporting you  
can run the patch on the sarissa lib in Kupu. No need to move it into  
the Silva product.

In the future, if we find out more information about the sarissa  
problem, for instance from the developer himself, we'll pass it on via  
this list.
