More xslt renderers

In the infrae CVS Repository, you will now find the SilvaRendererDemo 
Extension, that shows how to register your own renderers. Doing this 
from an extension of course ensures that your renderers stay intact when 
you upgrade silva. There is documentation in the code, and a 
restructured text document describing the whole process. It's pretty 
simple, and the total amount of code needed is very small. (To give you 
an idea, the restructered text makes up for half the size of the 
Extension ;)
