Unfortunatly, no, such a hook is not available in Silva at this point :|

I'll create an wish-issue for this in the issue tracker. For the time being you 
might want to have a look at Silva/Versioning.py on the CVS trunk to see 
where/how I hooked in for the subscription feature.
