Silva 1.2 and Silva 1.3 development platform

Hi there,

We've just updated the development platform of Silva 1.2.1 (to be 
released soon) as well as Silva 1.3 to Zope 2.7.5. This means this will 
be the recommended Zope version for these releases, and it means 
developers working with Silva (mostly at Infrae) need to update their 
Zope so they test the right thing.
