Silva-1.3-MacOSX10.4 installer released

i have updated the silva installer for macosx (only compatible with  
version 10.4.x!). i didn't do much; just updated to zope-2.7.7,  
silva-1.3-all and silva-1.3-extra-1. everything else remained  
unchanged: http://www.zope.org/Members/mpetit

please note: this installer is intended for initial complete  
installations and not really for upgrading. if you have already an  
installation make first a backup copy of the complete /Application/ 
Silva folder! e.g. if you have not renamed the site folder  
DefaultSite by now its data get overwritten by the installer and your  
data is lost. if you have customized python and added additional  
modules you might be better off with upgrading zope and silva manually.
