ExtFile for Zope-2.8.x ?

I just noted that ExtFile is not part of Silva-1.5-extra-2.tgz but it  
is of Silva-1.4-extra-3.tgz. Any word when there is a Zope-2.8.x  
compatible version available of ExtFile? Not having ExtFile for  
Zope-2.8.x is a showstopper for Silva-1.5.x. Well, at least for me;-)
