Silva MacOS X (Intel) Installer (beta) released

this is only for the lucky ones with new intel mac hardware (i tried  
to create an universal binary version but without much success) and  
macosx 10.4.x. this will become the perfect development platform: i  
have fedora core 5, ubuntu 5.10 and, well, windows xp sp2 running in  
parallels (beta2) and almost native speed.

back to silva. i have a new Silva MacOS X Installer ready for  
testing. this package is almost twice as big as before because it  
contains all the bells and whistles to run the silva-1.4.x as well as  
the silva-1.5.x branch (this means it includes zope-2.7.8 and  
zope-2.8.6). please note that ExtFile is not supported yet on  
zope-2.8.x.

please report any problems and suggestions. you can get the installer  
from this url:
