Really, the hard part is done. Also, I am actively working with Barry on Mailman 3.0 now; it will be cool. It will be built on Zope 3's component architecture. No doubt. BTW, what people expect from it? I just did the project for fun, wanting to replace the current HTML screens with Zope. Also, there are possibilities that ZMailman could implement its own archiver or other components, but that would be really hard... and I want to wait until MM 3.0 for that.
