Let me just add one other note.  A lot of the "dream" features have
been discussed quite in depth on the mailman-developers list.
E.g. we've talked about what the data structures for the user and the
list objects will be in MM3.0.  We've talked a lot about the data
model.  We've talked a lot about how we'd eventually like things to
be.

So before posting elaborate wish lists here, I encourage folks to go
mine the mailman-developers archive.  This list is Stephan's
ultimately, but I think the best use of this forum is for addressing
specific issues with getting Mailman and Zope to work together.  I
don't have the time to (and won't) rehash tons of Mailman design
issues and plans here.  I think that's off-topic for this list.
