I totally agree with that! Let's focus on things we need for Zope.

BTW, does anyone would like to start designing the HTML and DTML/ZPT for
ZMailman?
What about some empty Zope objects that represent the current Mailman data
structures (see UML)?

I have already a good idea, how we can handle these hundreds of attributes
nicely, so that this code could be reused later for the new Mailman as well
(and it would be sort of storage independent ;-).

I agree. I also noticed that most features addressed Mailman directly and
not the integration of Zope and Mailman.

Okay, I think we are ready to Rock'n'Roll. I would like for people to come
up with a set of "modules" or sections and claim it. They are then
responsible for this section and its proper functioning...

- GUI/Frontend
- Data Structures
- Archives (since it will be very different)
- Mailman Integration (Functionailty)
- Data Storage independency

BTW, several people can work on one section and one person can work on
several sections...but we need them all covered... I am mainly interested
in the backend, such as data structures and mailman integration, but I will
do whatever is needed most.

Regards,
Stephan
