zope 2.6.1 and directorystorage is 1.1.7

If the pack should go through the usual interface then there is
something screwed up royally somewhere else... the reason why I think it
didn't work is because the ds is ~20gb and it took a few seconds to
finish... also, the control panel says that it is using data.fs and its
size is 1mb, before pack (~700kb after pack).
