Stuck in snapshot

Hi All, We have a client whose server has somehow has gotten stuck in a snapshot. Not sure how, but i think something happened during a nightly backup whilst in snapshot mode. The problem is we can't get it back out again :) We'd rather not restart the ZEO server if possible as it is in production use, but they've tried going to /DirectoryStorageToolkit/leave_snapshot?code=thecodeshowninthezmi But just get a DisconnectedError.
