How to get out of snapshot mode?

	My Zope instance crashed the other day after running out of disk  
space on the server (unrelated problem). I've gotten everything back  
up and running now, but it seems that DirectoryStorage is stuck in  
snapshot mode. I cannot run backup or pack or anything; I just get an  
error.  If I try to run snapshot.py, I get:

[ed@marge DirectoryStorage]$ python snapshot.py -v --storage /usr/ 
zopestorage/
DirectoryStorageError: Could not lock storage directory. See http:// 
dirstorage.sourceforge.net/snapshot.html

	The setup had been working fine for over a year until this crash, so  
I know that the snapshot.conf file is set up correctly. How do I  
force it out of snapshot mode?
