In this case, though, we have three points in the migration: 1) It's a rewrite. 2) It's a new API. 3) There's a new database format. Obviously (2) is the big one. Since the Zope 2 API isn't supported in=20= Zope 3, many people (me included) will consider it more than the=20 traditional "rev the major version number" upgrade. Back to Kai's points, I think he validates some of the concerns listed=20= in the wiki under risk factors. Is there any serious interest in=20 discussing risk management, vis a vis Kai's email? --Paul=
