I like this one:

"X3" is different enough to make sure people don't think of "3.X" (with 
X being the minor version number). I guess that is the only problem with 
Zope 3X ...

The problem I have with "Zope Component Server 1.0" is that people just 
won't see the difference. It will be read like "Linux Operating System 
1.0", i.e. most inexperienced readers will just think it is Zope Version 
1.0 ...
