Can you explain more concretely what you'd like us all to work on ?

I totally agree we must be aware of risks and try our best to fix what 
we can.

One more question : except about their name, I do not know much about 
Ars Digita. I am surprised that the mail states somewhere they were 
trying to get Zope's object model.

Can you also state where their situation and our is different ?

Don't get me wrong this is not to minimize or understate the risks, it 
is just to aknowledge the fact that presenting a too pessimistic 
situation really bothers people and could make us think that we were 
wrong in the whole. This cannot be true. Situations are most often grey, 
not black or white.

IOW we need a balanced image of the situation in order for us to cope 
with the weak points, the risks.
