4.0.0 uses cmake rather than imake.  With that installed, usually you
don't need anything too complicated, so just running 'make' will do
the job.  See the README for details on getting more complicated.

There's also the minibuild/ dir for a fallback.  That often requires a
bit more manual work.  See the README in there for details.
