Extra Libraries needed for CTWM

A slight modification of this advice

On the XFCE-4 version of Fedora 24, I had to install these extra libraries
before make would complete

    libXpm-devel
    flex
    byacc
    libX11-devel.x86_64
    libXext-devel.x86_64
    libXt-devel.x86_64

Installing these installed several more.
