Two Aterms in same workspace

Hiya folks, I like running 2 Aterms in the same workspace. However, after restarting and clicking on my Aterm menu item, Aterm 1 and Aterm 2 are in the same location. Meaning, not where I want them to be, but on top of each other. Can someone guide me as to how to keep these both where I want them when I do a restart? Im using Flux 0.9.12 under FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE.
