    setting "session.titlebar" in your .fluxbox/init file
    you can configure the buttons but not suppress it. 

*   from the man page, you can configure your window style
    with [Deco] keyword in .fluxbox/apps file ,
    "TINY"  giving me the exact opposite off what I'm
    looking for , and "TOOL" being equivalent to "NONE".

*   from http://fluxbox.sourceforge.net/docbook/en/html/x352.html 
    one can also toggle window appearance from key shortcuts
    using  "ToggleDecor" in .fluxbox/keys file.
    but it only toggles from NONE to NORMAL.


I didn't find anything else, so there my question:
