No Tab configuration in menus

hi,

    After a year of using fluxbox without tab functionnality,
    I decided to use them with dia drawing program.

    so I set the following line in my ~/.fluxbox/init

    session.tabs:	true


    but I can't see tab configuration option in any menu:
        either normal configuration item in general menu,
        or right clic on specific widow.

    any hint ?

fluxbox        0.9.11-1sarge0

(yes, I did restart fluxbox after edited init ;)
